| When Pigs Fly Bar.B.Q Our Food! When Pigs Fly Bar.B.Q is a locally-owned family business. We are proud to serve quality food at a fair price for you and your family. Please feel free to view our menu by clicking here. Our menu features several types of meats smoked on-site. These include turkey, ham, beef brisket, chopped pork, mild sausage, spicy sausage, and two types of ribs: baby-back and St. Louis-style spare. All of our meats are served on white bread in the dinners and on a white roll for sandwiches. The best thing about our menu? The sides! We feature homemade baked beans, Aunt Brenda's potato salad, Barb's cole slaw, fries, green beans, and the unique fried okra. All of our desserts are made from scratch using Shari's special recipes! The menu includes sweet potato pie with pecans, no-crust peach cobbler, and two types of bread pudding: one with raisins, pecans, and caramel sauce, and the other with chocolate chunks and bananas. We also serve a local favorite in our sugar biscuits. We have a great kid's menu which also features specials for our senior customers: a whole meal at a reasonable price.
